PickUp and EXCHANGES

PickUp POLICY

The Pioneer Vault strives to provide a smooth and convenient experience for all customers. Please note that we do not offer shipping services at this time. All orders must be picked up in person at the Clare High School front office, located at 306 Schoolcrest Avenue, Clare, MI. When you arrive to collect your order, please provide your name for verification to ensure you receive the correct items. If you prefer, your student may pick up the order on your behalf from the same location, either before or after the school day to accommodate your schedule.

 

To ensure your order is accurately processed and carefully packed, please allow us one to two business days from the time of your purchase. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or phone. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order promptly and accurately.

Return & Exchange Policy

At the Pioneer Vault, we understand that sometimes the size of clothing items may not be quite right. We allow exchanges for clothing items that do not fit as expected, given that the items are in their original, undamaged condition and exchanged for the same style of clothing.

Please be aware that we currently do not offer monetary refunds for returns or exchanges. Instead, all approved exchanges will be issued as credit for your use at the Pioneer Vault, equal to the purchase price of the original item. This credit can be used toward future purchases at the school store.
