From Idea
to
Impact
The school store began as a project in our marketing class, made up of just six students and our teacher, Mrs. Carrie McConnell. The original team consisting of students Jayden Arthur, Olivia Marshall, Ethan Rogers, Hannah Goethe, Abby Boyd, and Micah MacDonald set out to bring something new to our school.
We launched the store in February after months of planning, which included visiting other school stores for ideas, brainstorming product options, and figuring out how to make it all work.
What started as a classroom project quickly became something more. Throughout the semester, we faced challenges, learned valuable lessons, and grew—not just as entrepreneurs, but as a team. The store has helped boost school spirit, brought students together, and created a stronger sense of community that we’re proud to have helped build.
Now and Next
NOW
Right now, our school store is powered by a passionate team of five students in our marketing class. We have returning leaders Hannah and Abby, joined by new members Isabel, Sophia, and Joelle. Together, we manage every part of the store’s daily operations: from organizing inventory and scheduling workers to handling finances, building our website, and creating advertising campaigns. With the guidance of our teacher, Mrs. McConnell, we're not just running a store, we're gaining real world experience and developing valuable life skills that will carry us far beyond the classroom.
NEXT
Looking ahead, our vision is to expand the store’s reach and impact within the Clare community. We aim to make our store more accessible, more innovative, and more connected to those we serve. From launching fresh ideas to strengthening our online presence, we’re building something meant to last. Our goal is to leave a legacy, one that inspires future students to keep pushing boundaries and continue growing something we’re proud to call ours.

Convenience
The Vault provides students with easy access to snacks, candy, and beverages during their lunch periods, ideal for a quick and tasty treat. We have a variety of options to choose from with new products coming in frequently. In addition to snacks, we offer spirit wear so students can show their school pride and dress for sporting event themes. Our store is a convenient place to grab your favorite snacks and get spirit wear!
